audio video export from a synced timeline

hello,
the video and audio are perfectly synced on timline where the video is 23.976 FPS and audio is a wave file 24bit 48K. Do i export the video as a tiff 24FPS or shoud i export tiff 23.976 FPS and the audio as same wave 24bit 48K for the dcp.

You can do either. If you export as 23.976 DCP-o-matic will resample your audio to keep it in sync.
