Maybe it IS a problem with DCP-o-matic - I spoke to a fried today who tried the export function, and it seems he had the same issue - but not with trailers he tested, but a full length feature. So it seems there IS a bug. Wether it's just the length, or other aspects of the DCP, we have to find out. This guy had the problem in WIN 10/64.

Please could you try 2.11.31 as I think this is fixed there.

Currently exporting a longer piece with 2.11.34. Still not blazingly fast compared to optimized 'ordinary' video tools, but using all logical cores on my i7, and considerably faster than in previous versions.

Let's see if there are issues with this export...

MP4 export works okay, creating both 2k and 4k exports of a 1440p file (NASA ISS walkthrough grabbed from YouTube).
ProRes exports works okay when exporting the 1440p to a 4k flat ProRes. When exporting to 2k flat, I get false colors and blocking. Exporting a 2k Prores from a 2k source (e.g. 2048-Sintel, or a 2k DCP) works, so it's not broken completely. Maybe something breaks when source resolution is higher than export resolution. No big deal for now, but maybe it can be fixed.

Hi Carsten,
OK, if you could put the details into a mantis report that would be great!
