Summary0001077: audio is garbled in DCPs created with DOM 2.11.[678]
Description

I just created a DCP with DOM 2.11.8 from a .mkv created from a Blu-ray and I found out that the audio is completely garbled (kind of "stuttering").
I tried downgrading and it turns out that with 2.11.5 everything sounds OK, so it seems that somewhere during 2.11.5->2.11.6 this bug was introduced.

Steps To Reproduce

Just create a DCP from a .mkv file.

Additional Information

The problem manifests itself in both the created audio MXF and also in the audio played during preview.
My source has a DTS-HD Master Audio soundtrack. Both the MA and the normal DTS track have the same problem.
The Blu-ray has a 23.976 frame rate, so there is audio resampling involved (I suspect the problem is in the resampling).

Just tried fd30397b1a1d0df6b43aedbb205913d2eec09fd0 (2.11.8 ish) and it's ok with Ubuntu on a 29.97 -> 30fps resampling.

OK, I created a 25s demo-sample of the content, available as:

   http://berrymount.nl/dom_sound_bug/demo_sound_bug.mkv

With 2.11.8 I get the garbled audio (both in preview-sound and MXF output)

Should be fixed by 452a21994f6268faa159e53ead722a5bd5125b29 which will be in 2.11.9.
