Summary	0001209: Errors in subtitle XML are not dealt with very nicely
Description	e.g. if you load a DCP with errors in the subtitles. These errors are ignored by libdcp which means you just don't get the asset, then the missing asset makes DoM throw an exception which is only caught by the last-minute catcher so DoM dies.
