Summary0001481: Mac OS X encode server has no menubar symbol in Sierra
Description

Previous versions of OS X encode servers used to have a small menu bar symbol (like the taskbar symbol in windows).

Encode server 2.13.126 shows an active dock symbol when started, but no menu bar symbol.

I have seen something about the menu bar symbol being lost a while ago on the commits side bar. Don't know if this happens in all OS X versions. No big thing, as I can still quit using the dock symbol, but, once the status/details window is closed/minimized, I can not bring it back as I can using the menu bar symbol in e.g. 2.12.20.

Should be fixed by a40e9852ea159602b63f9d0af16a039862703c14 and surrounding bits (in 2.13.127).

Yes, fixed (2.13.133/Sierra). 'Status' does open the status window behind existing windows. No big deal, but probably easy to fix?
