Summary0001489: DCP-o-matic hangs (hard kill) when no email address is configured for KDM sending
Description

When I select a cinema for KDM sending that has no valid email address configured, DCP-o-matic warns me before sending, but then hangs completely while sending the KDMs. Abort button does not help, I have to kill the app.
Should be possible to skip sending to these cinemas completely?
