Summary0001604: Multiple namesapaces on the XML root node "bug" reintroduced
Description

a266fc223ecb7a696fa9dc35422ef0264b1c3c40 in libdcp reintroduces the bug fixed by 8c852cbececaa94e7efbb0e8508484e073b06c67 (multiple namespaces on the XML root node). It's refixed in master but need to check that it doesn't break the Sony validation stuff.

SMPTE DCPs, both unencrypted and encrypted, created with 2.14.10/2.15.16 and 2.15.17 all validate, verify and play okay on our Sony 515/S10.
That Sony is still on the software version that doesn't correct the validation bug by it's own (1.53 vs. 1.54).
But it looks as if I can now safely consider updating ;-)

Oh, and, the CPL created in 2.15.17 does no longer contain the multiple namespace strings.
