Summary0003004: The verifier is not working unless resized to an arbitrary size
Description

The OS X version is actually 12.7.6, but observed that behaviour elsewhere.
The Verifier will open but won't start verifying (the button responding) unless the window is resized.
The smallest resize attempt will resize to a specific size, and that may move the window bar over the top edge of the screen. Then, one can not move the window any more, only close it from the dock.
After window resizing, the "Verify" button is usable.

Steps To Reproduce

As in the video attached, open on OS X, open a folder, try to verify.
Resize the window, the smallest movement will do.
Verify then.

Additional Information

It doesn't affect the actual work. But it can be a pain, if one wants to move and can't.
It was happening for the last three versions, at least.
