Summary0000415: Certificate valid-from should not be set to the current system time
Description

OpenSSL creates certificates with a valid-from time of the
current system time, so if that does not agree with the server you are
ingesting to I think you may have problems.

I think it would make more sense to create certificates valid from, say, the
1st of January in the current year, but OpenSSL's docs acknowledge that this
should be possible but isn't.

That has been "fixed" for a while (by using a patched openssl)
