Summary0000959: Small glitch when burnt-in subtitles overlap
Description

It happens on burnt-in subtitles when the out of a subtitle occurs in
the same frame as the in of the next one.
I would expect to show both at the same time, and frame by frame you
can see that in some cases. But, 8 and 9 are concatenated, on top of
being at the same time, at normal speed there is an obvious flash,
frame by frame you can see what is happening.

The proposition is to check the subtitles after the speed conversion
and avoid this by reducing the out of the first subtitle.
With time based subtitles like srt and ssa, frame precision is not
always obvious, and the speed conversion make it worse
