Thinking more about this, it would mean a given project would be created differently depending on the settings, which seems wrong. Perhaps a pref should allow it, which adds a "SMPTE Bv2.0" to the standard dropdown.

Probably should also check what we're putting in the MXFs (the Deluxe guide mentions that as well). Then Film::video_identifier() would need to take account of _limit_to_smpte_bv20.
