No, DCP encryption has not been cracked, and there is no way to use encrypted assets in a subtitled VF if you don't get an OV DKDM targeted towards your DCP-o-matic installation.

Todays digest suggests it's possible to alter the CPL to add new subtitles. I won't link anything but I've seen it being mentioned on three different sites. I'll try myself but perhaps let's end this here since it didn't involve DOM. ❤
