Losing data near darks

I'm getting lots of banding near black in my encoded DCP.
I'm losing a lot of data near zero IRE, and boosted saturation

Shot on Arri, color corrected in Resolve, 4K, exported to Prores 444.
Color correction in Resolve never dips fully to Zero IRE.
Exported QuickTime looks great and has data near black.
Encoded JPEG2000 at 240 Mbit/s

I'm even losing delineation between my black frame sitting around 16 IRE and the Black matte where I have a letterbox.

Any ideas how I can improve my results?

How did you create the DCP PNG screenshot? Can you evaluate the shadow banding visually on a DCI projection system?

Can you make a short snippet of your ProRes file available? What are this QT files' encoding/color parameters?
