has the last stable version openjpeg 2.5.2 included? Or was it dropped?

The 2.16.x series of DCP-o-matic is built with an openjpeg based on a version between their 2.2.0 and 2.3.0 releases.

The 2.17.x series of DCP-o-matic is built with openjpeg 2.5.2.
