dcp stuck at 1%

As I mentioned in an other thread, I have the problem that "... another film file crashed these days with version 2 ... maybe I have to install it agein (I make a dcp rhight now with version 1.78.0)". In fact "crash " is wrong - it stucks at 1% - even during a hole night.

No drama... I used version 1.78.0 since march or april this year, but the upmix from stereo to side-mid-decoder sounds much better
And - of course - I am courious why this does happen. I tried it 4 times with version 2.7.1.

I cancelled all, but can do it tomorrow again (the error will occure). Where do I find the "log" and "metadata.xml" files?

the videofile was corruptet.

The old version createt the dcp with the mistake, the new version not.

I got an better file directly from the director of the movie. With this I made a nice dcp.

She (the director) was very pleased - it was much better than her BluRay Version. and the 3channel upmix sounds just better than stereo in an cinema.
