Hello,

I would appreciate your help. checkbox to OP mode Cannot be marked. (video and audio)
I want to convert subtitles from SRT to VF DCP. I'm loading the film and the subtitles, but I can't manage to change the film to OP mode checkbox Cannot be marked.

If you hold your mouse pointer over the checkbox does it give you a reason why it can't be checked?

OP Mode?

If you mean 'use as OV', the reason why you can't check it is usually that the DCP encoding parameters for the OV DCP and the current project (VF) are different (frame rate, container type, audio channel count, etc.). Best is to right click on the loaded DCP and choose 'Set project DCP settings from this DCP'. This will make sure OV and VF settings are the same.

Thank you guys but I still can't solve the problem.
This button doesn't exist in my version. Maybe I need the full version, or paid? The button I have is what kind of video you want - 2D, 3D, etc.

There's no full / paid version - the one you download is the same whether you pay or not.

Well it should be there if you click on the video content entry in the content list. Can you post a screen shot?
