DCP Not Ingesting
My team and I are currently working on premiering our first feature film the 1st of February. We were able to get one test screening in but had to make adjustments so we had the theater delete the file prior to ingesting an updated DCP. However, for some reason the projectors are no longer ingesting the DCP. It will get to 100% but will fail. The photo shows what our specific issue is. We did use DCP O Matic for this. Doremi DCP 2000 is what the projector uses as well.

What you need to pay attention to is that the file hash of the X file does not match the original one.
That is to say that the file in question was somehow got corrupted on its way from the source to the server.
If you have still the original on the project folder, copy it again. If someone downloaded it, download again.
If it was via FTP, make sure to check "binary transfer".
