Video working with DVD-o-matic but not with DCP-o-matic

Hello from France,

I'm trying to create a dcp from a HD video (.mov, 1920x1080, 25 fps, stereo, 48khz). I've already made DCP from HD videos and i just don't understand whath's going on.
Error is "can't read name of the video".
The same video is working with DVD-o-matic.

Is anybody has an idea?

Hi,

What platform are you using (Windows? OS X?)? Can you tell me the precise error message? What is the filename of the video? Can you post the "log" file from inside the film's directory?
