Subtitles losing outline

Hello!

Sometimes when rendering subtitles to DCP (burned in), first frame of the subtitle doesn't have outline. It happened before when subtitles are overlapping, but now it happens randomly on some, and I can't figure out pattern.

Could it be that some subtitles that start on wrong millisecond (not frame accurate) appears without outline? Is it possible to test it somehow? Can I convert SRT to some other format that uses frames to avoid this?

Carl, do you have some idea what could be wrong? Or some test that I can do to try to see whats wrong?
