DCP Player 2.15.15 Crash (add OV)

When adding the OV for a VF the player crashes. (2.15.15 x64)
I reinstalled Version 2.15.12 (x64) and the player works as expected.

As a final test I put 2.15.15 back on and the player would crash again (as above)

I found the same problem listed in the 'bugs' and I should point out I was using a DCP-O-MATIC created DCP.
