I've just been directed to this thread and it seems I completely lost track of it Sorry. As Carsten said I was moving countries and changing jobs around September last year and things were all a little hectic.
Is it an ongoing problem? Perhaps we can investigate it now?

I think he has trouble importing some DCPs into DCP-o-matic that have been generated with other tools like Qube or Clipster.
Guess he needs to try the current stable version, and if the problem persists, he needs to send the metadata files to you again.

@Carl: As you might remember on the 3 of Nov. 2019 you sent me the link for downloading the DOM ver. 2.14.14 via email but it had also some small bugs, then on the 26 of Nov. 2019 in DOM ver 2.14.15 the error had been fixed, fortunately.
