Did you let them know that they need to target a Mastering System, not a cinema server? Those serials only exist for cinema servers.

You need to export and send them DCP-o-matic 's decryption leaf certificate. *.pem is right.

I want to know, is it possible that DKDM produced by other hardware servers could not recognize the PEM generated by dcp-o-matic?

Technically, no. It is possible that a mastering entity would refuse to issue a DKDM issued towards open source software. That would be a 'political/strategical' reason, not a technical one.
