Create a new project, load DCP into it, under 'DCP' tab, set DCP properties same as original, rename as intended, 'Make DCP'. It will copy the full DCP, but without re-encoding it. Maybe at some time, Carl will offer a simpler 'rename' option under 'Jobs' or 'Tools'.

I did, but it takes too long, takes about 3 hours.
Maybe there is a faster way?

Not using DCP-o-matic only, but if you use a cinema server, you could make a VF with a new name, having all essences the same (Video, Audio, Subtitles).
After you ingest OV and VF (that you may as well custom name as OV), you may export the VF...
I've done the VF trick one or two times, when I got the same annotation text (thank you, wraptor) for two different DCPs that I couldn't distinguish while on server.
(Yes, I do know what UUID is. It's not the most practical way to sort titles.)

Is this a faster way?
Debatable.

I guess it would be best if this could become an option in DCP-o-matic Combiner. It is already possible to 'combine' just a single DCP with that tool. Renaming would be a useful enhancement.
