Creating DCP out of reels -

Is it possible to create a DCP out of audio/video and sub files supplied as reels. Ie.e 5 reels each with a set?

Why not? Just load and line them up in a sequence, if necessary with the timeline editor. Some MXF reels that went through commercial mastering may contain bars/tones or similar things before or after the footage. You can/need to trim each reel then to splice it all together as intended.
