I want to display the screenaspectratio setting to 1.85 or 2.39. Where to modify it?

This is calculated from the aspect ratio of the picture data, so to change it you would need to change that "Container" in the DCP - Video tab.

The 1.85 / 2.39 format is Interop, so if you want that you'd need to set your project to Interop. The version in your screenshot is the SMPTE standard.
