Says that it cannot find the player

I have just downloaded DCP-o-Matic and made a DCP.
It says it cannot find the player.
I have version2.14.41.
CaN YOU HELP?

It's a bit of a misleading message. Are you using macOS? If so, the player is a separate download from here.

Player must be started before you invoke it from DCP-o-matic Jobs menu. It will not locate and start the player automatically (I would prefer this functionality, though).

Probably trivial, but, since it's easy to have many versions of DCP-o-matic player in Mac OS, which version would be started? The one in the active DCP-o-matic main app directory?

Yes, the one in the same folder as the main DCP-o-matic 2.app.

This should work again in 2.15.107.
