CPL Corrupt

At first i realy love your program !
The thing is that since Arts Alliance updated our Screenwriter software and our Doremi server al DCP's produced by DCP-o-matic report a CPL corrupt error witch results that the DCP is unplayable.
I've tried every setting but they al result in the same corrupt CPL error.
After several attempts ive renderd my content with adobe premiere and converted to a dcp with OpenDcp software witch worked fine.

I normally upload the DCP by ftp.

System information:
Doremi server: DCP2000
Software Version: 2.6.4.0

Arts Alliance Media: Sreenwriter Version 2.4.1.1-370

I really love to work with your program, so please help me out.

I had no trouble ingesting DCP-o-matic DCPs into Doremis running 2.6.4

There are, however, a few hotfixes available for Doremis base 2.6.4 installation, one deals with corruption issues at ingest time. You should inquire at AAM wether they have been installed as well

Everything works fine now.

Hi,
I am also getting same error with KDM generated. I am on Barco server. And i don't have the liberty to tell them upgrade their system. But the file without encryption plays well.

Can you give us the exact error you get?

Are these Interop or SMPTE DCPs? Which DCP type options exactly did you choose? Which KDM type did you try?

Did it ever work before on this Barco?
