and when i run dcp_inspect to check it, it returns this errors.

Thanks in advance

Re: Problem with CPL
Can you share the XML files from the DCP that provoked these errors? Send to carl@dcpomatic.com if you like.

Hi! I have a similar problem with two different DCPs. The cpl in both is obviously corrupted and I can't explain why.
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Re: Problem with CPL
Hi, did you make that DCP or did you download it from somewhere? It looks like the CPL and PKL files have changed size slightly. A classic way for this to happen is if the files have been sent by email, and the line endings have been altered by some well-meaning client.

Re: Problem with CPL
Hi Carl! Thank you for your answer. I created the DCP myself and sent it to the responsible cinema via ftp server. The error message now reached me from the cinema operator after he downloaded the DCP. I can't explain who changed anything here...

Re: Problem with CPL
You could check the DCP your end to be sure (if you load it into the "DCP-o-matic Player" there is a "verify" option in the menu).
But since it appears that the MXF files are OK but the XML files are not, I would think it's likely that the cinema has downloaded the DCP using an FTP client that treats XML files as text. If it does this it's liable to re-write the line-endings and so corrupt the files. Perhaps you could ask them to download those XML files again, making sure they force "binary" mode in their FTP client.
Alternatively can you zip just those failing XML files up and email them?

Re: Problem with CPL
Thank you so much Carl! It is obviously really due to the fact that during the ftp transfer the files were corrupted, as they were not downloaded in binary mode. Sent by mail has now worked!
I am very grateful for your help.
