Hi everyone. I am newer here. Today I installed the DCP-o-matic 2 Player, but it are not running. It surges this message:
RtApiWasapi::getDeviceinfo: Unable to retrieve device mix format.
I use windows 10 64 bit. Can anyone helpe me?

I assume this has to do with audio playback. Is there anything special about your machine and it's audio interface? Do you know what type of audio interface is used on this system?

Nothing special here. My sound is onboard in the moodboard.

Actually, I loaded my dcp in this moment. I choosed other sound interface, but the movie is muted. Any tip?

What options do you get in the sound preferences?
Out of interest, do you have Zoom (the video-conferencing client) installed on your machine?

I fixed the problem updating my drivers.
But the player opens only when I choose the option Realtek Digital Output. The other option is "Speakers (Realtek Defition Audio").
Yes, I have the Zoom installed here.
