I guess this is a feature request...
Would it be possible to view the start and more importantly the expiry of certs that will be used to make DKDM's/KDM's in DCP O'Matic? I can open the cert within Linux and see the info there.
I would imagine that DKDM's may not work if the validity of the DKDM exceeds the expiry of the cert? - maybe this isn't a problem but haven't tested myself to see if this is the case yet.
Any comments most welcome!
Thanks
Phil

Re: Certificate Expiry
It would probably no big deal for Carl to implement a cert decoder. But that is something that extends DCP-o-matics capabilities into more areas, and, well, Carl has to decide.
I usually check cert validity online, e.g. with https://www.sslshopper.com/certificate-decoder.html
Admittedly - there are now some media blocks with cert expiration coming closer. I recently saw an email from MPS towards a cinema with a warning towards this.
Maybe DCP-o-matic should do some basic checks and warn.
