Dolby DSS100 certificates

Hi. How I can download the .pem certificate of a Dolby DSS100 server, for make a KDM?

I can see the serial number of the server of cinema in the "download certificate" button, but I can't download the certificate, because the "download" button is "dissabled" (don't do nothing).

What version of DCP-o-matic are you using? You should be able to download the certificate by specifying country and cinema. That being said, the Dolby database is (I believe) not very up-to-date and at the moment the FTP site seems frequently to be down.

You might be better off asking the cinema directly for their certificate.

Do you have the serial number for this DSS100/DSP100? Country/City?

Is this a second hand unit, or was it originally installed in that location? If second hand, where was it installed before?

I thing it's not a second hand unit, problem.
I have the same problem ("download" and "ok" button disabled) with any dolby server.

Hmm, when I try with 2.5.12 (Mac) I get a country list timeout, or no message at all, download button is greyed out. When I connect to the Dolby FTP with an FTP client, I get through. Carl, there might be a bug? It works for Doremi.

I was able to find some USA based DSP100 - seems to be a 3-4 digit only serial number. I you give me your location and/or serial, I may have a look. Note, it is the DSP100 serial, not the DSS100 serial.

What is the alternative by FTP directly? what is the address/login?

How can I download the certificate by FTP ?

The FTP login details shouldn't be too hard to find on google, perhaps search for ftp.dolby.co.uk ?
