Sorry about the question is not an DCP-O-MATIC question, but I'm in hope that anyone here knows something about this server.

I want to now how I could change the frame of the interval of a movie the manual of the machine doesn't give any light.

Qube doesn't seem to want to release much information about its servers - even to technicians. In my limited experience with them, the answer to most questions about configuration and setup was, "Just call us and we'll set it up remotely."
