The one before the lastest. I'm now on 2.16.18 but have not retired that file as I have a couple in the batch that are working and didnt want to crash again. Cheers R

OK if you could find the "log" file from the project that has that error and email it to me that would be great: carl@dcpomatic.com

Where is the log file? The programme would crash before I could get to "Report a problem"

It should be in the project folder that DCP-o-matic made - just a file called "log"

Thanks. It looks like DCP-o-matic has having some problems decoding your video file. Is it possible to send me the file, or a snippet of it which triggers the same error?

Thats going to be tricky, its not my file. Was helping a student out.

Thanks for looking into it.

FYI - its a .mov, 6 stem channels (5.1) 48.000kHz

thanks again for checking

Can you open it with the free 'Media-Info' tool, and post the results here? Then maybe it would be possible to spot some strangeness in it, and maybe it is possible to convert it into an intermediate codec and thus clean it from the problem.
