Yes, I do.
There are strange noises going on.

Re: DCP Supplemental Package
What version are you using? If it's earlier than 2.16.35, could you update and try again?

Re: DCP Supplemental Package
I checked on version 2.16.32
I tested several versions
2.16.18
2.16.19
2.16.22
2.16.24
Everywhere is the same. The same noise
I tested version 2.16.36, everything is ok there. I will test more

Re: DCP Supplemental Package
That makes sense, there was a fix in 2.16.35 for a problem which sounds exactly like the one in the link you sent.

Re: DCP Supplemental Package
Hello again!
I'm using 2.16.36
Why when I create a DCP (OV or VF) with subtitles in several reels and subtitles are created in all reels?
There is only one subtitle file for the movie, but subtitles are presented on 2 reel and 4 reel. When creating a DCP, subtitles are created in all reels 1,3,5 empty xml
In previous versions, subtitles are created only on reels 2 and 4 (before version 2.16.30)

Re: DCP Supplemental Package
It's a recommendation / requirement of SMPTE Bv2.1 that DCPs with any subtitles have subtitles in all reels.

Okay.
I understand that SMPTE is the preferred standard, but why is this in the IOP?

Re: DCP Supplemental Package
It's a requirement in SMPTE, but it is based on actual equipment behaviour, and it is a necessity in IOP as well. Just that no one bothered to change IOP requirements.
