Is there any way to open a DCP encripted.
How can I provide the client the numbers so that they could give me a KDMs?

See here. Go into Preferences -> Keys and use "Export DCP decryption certificate..." to get the certificate to send to the people who will create a KDM.

They tell me that they can't generate the KDM with the .pem file. I know they are trying to do it using EASYDCP creator+.
