Error at ../src/lib/reel_writer.cc while creating DCP [solved]

Hi,
While creating a subtitled DCP in two reel, I've got the following error message :
program error at ../src/lib/reel_writer.cc:380 with DOM 1.12.20
program error at ../src/lib/reel_writer.cc:458 with DOM 1.14.2

In attached files, you could find screenshot of the settings.

What could I do ?
