I decoded a video to dcp with dcp-o-matic. Its a avi file created with After Effect and a wav file.
The DCP is created just fine and is uploading ok. The video is showing in the Dolby software and is playable.
But after playing the DCP, all other DCP playing afterwards have no subtitle anymore. If we delete our DCP package from the show everything is fine.
Anyone a solution for this ?
We are using a Dolby DSS200 for playback.

Re: No subtitles after playing video
Hi there,
I'm afraid I have no idea why this might happen... are there any logs on the DSS200 that you can check?

Re: No subtitles after playing video
Dolby Servers and DLP projectors are notorious for having all sorts of problems with timed-text subtitles. Losing them with no apparent reason is one of them. It's important to have both projector and server software up-to-date.
