DOM v2.16.8 0 What happened to Full Container Option?

What happened to the Full Container option in the latest version(s) of DOM?

I make content for theatres that is specially composed to run equally well in Flat or Scope formats. To accomplish this, I made full container DCPs. This allowed for single-inventory titles; saving much server space, and making it very convenient for the theatres.

Now, my choice has been reduced to a Flat container only, and the theatres running it in scope with window boxed bars on the sides.

Is there anyway we can have that option reinstated, or a workaround?

Go to preferences, advanced and tick "enable full frame and non standard containers" and it should come back.
