It is possible, yes. How, however, depends on what exactly you want to achieve. DCP-o-matic is not specifically built to allow splits or replacements, but using standard features, it is possible to achieve this.

Re: VF with diffefent part of film
This is necessary for not to make several complete versions of the film package (a lot of Gb) with differences of several minutes in the middle. For example: film contain too explicit scene, and in big city it is ok, but some regions ask montage with out, or make blur on it.
i am use right clik on package and repeat it, and after cut out some scenes by select correct timing of first and second part of the package. And create anoter package without....
it will be nise make a VF wich makes these changes or contains an alternative version of a certain scene

Re: VF with different part of film
First of all, you need to locate the timecode positions h/m/s/f for the edit in and out point and note them.
Have you ever created a VF before? It's the same process. Just that you add your content twice, edit the out point for the first occurrence, the in point for the second occurrence, and your done.
Create the DCP - and the resulting VF will contain only some metadata files, including a CPL that will pinpoint to the OV files and tell the player to play the first part to a certain point, and the second part from a certain point. It is of course crucial you define out/in point precisely.
I just tried it with a commercial trailer, and it did work as expected.
