Hey all
Problem I've been having since I started using the programme:
It can be impossible to correctly order a sequentially numbered series of tracks/clips using the Earlier / Later buttons. Sometimes you press them and they just move the track one position up or down as expected. Sometimes it moves the track all the way to the top or a random number of places. Anyone else?
And I find the timeline view super fiddly to use...
Earlier/Later buttons don't work properly

Re: Earlier/Later buttons don't work properly
It may depend on the type of content. Some content, e.g. video is arranged strictly sequentially, while other types (audio, subtitles) may also be arranged in parallel (e.g. parallel audio single track files). Maybe try with a specific set of track types to learn how it works. I usually find mouse actions in timeline view to be working, however, I haven't used it much with recent 2.16.x versions.

Can you give some examples of why you find the timeline fiddly to use?
