Hey everybody!!
I have a MOV file from AVID- DNxHD 175x 4:2:2 10 bits Color space YUV. is it RGB?
what should I choose in the "colour conversion" parameter? sRGB or REC.709? or something else?
The editor told me that this file is RGB, but I am not sure.
Thank you!!!

Re: colour conversion
I would try Rec. 709 and see how it looks.

Re: colour conversion
If it's YUV, it can't be RGB, and vice versa. For most high-res video file formats/codecs, REC.709 is the best choice.

Re: colour conversion
Thank you for the help.
I generated both formats, and checked today in the cinema hall and actually didn't see a difference between sRGB and REC.709. Maybe the difference was too minor to notice.
If anyone have more information i will be glad to hear.

Re: colour conversion
The visual difference is indeed small for most images. Still, rec.709 is the best choice for typical HD file formats. sRGB is typically used for stills, stuff that originated from graphics programs, etc..
