Hello!
First post on this forum, and I'm hoping you generous geniuses can assist me.
I'm new to the world of projection and our resident projector tech guy is rather unhelpful and absent. I'm working on redesigning our current pre-show, but whenever I project it, there are gaps in the slides (as in, blank), as if a slide should be there but it isn't. Also the music doesn't play. I'm using Google Slides for the individual slides (this was what we did for the previous preshow and what I was instructed to do).
I've been rendering and ingesting the preshow over and over again and getting the same results--very frustrating!! What am I doing wrong?
Thank you!
S

Re: General Help?
Are you making the pre-show into a DCP with DCP-o-matic?
If so, perhaps you could post up or email (to carl@dcpomatic.com) the metadata.xml file from the DCP-o-matic project. Then we can look at how you've built the project up.

Re: General Help?
The missing music is because it is positioned after the images in your project. Click "Timeline" then find the "Coffee and Cakes" block and drag it left so it starts underneath 1.jpg
Not sure about the gaps. How long do they last for?
