DCP on QUBE server - Help

Hi,
I have been using DCP-O-Matic & it has been a life saver, but recently for some of the servers it is giving a crackling sound

Is that high-pitched whistling on the youtube video the problem you are talking about, or is that something else?

Yup the crackling or whistling
It works on IMB servers but not on Maza

Creates a problem in Qube XP-D server but works in Qube XI (IMB) Integrated Media Block

Nasty! What video frame rate is the DCP?

It is 30

Does that server play any other 30fps DCPs correctly?

Looks like it plays at 24fps ... is there a easy way to move the content from 30 - 24 without losing the quality (sorry a basic question ... but my inexperience and panic is showing)

In a word: no. You can try to set the DCP rate to 24 and DCP-o-matic will slow down your footage in the DCP, but it will probably not look/sound that good.
