Anybody can help me ?.. my problem is..Mediablock can't see kdm key or dont appear but can see other file.

Hmm, I think we need more information. From my experience with different media blocks/servers, a KDM is only recognized and displayed in the ingest manager if it has been issued for exactly this device. If it is not displayed, I can see three typical reasons:

- it is still packed/ZIPped
- it is for another server/media block
- it is broken
