DCP-O-Matic Certificate probelm

Hello

Film production companies do not understand my certificate they are using Doremi software, please help me how to proceed?
I can not get DCP from film production company.

Are they actually WILLING to send you a (D)KDM so you have access to their encrypted material?

Two possibilities:

- there is a technical issue with the certificates you sent them
- they recognized your DOM certificates as being none of the established/secure/approved mastering software packages, and thus do exclude DOM for formal reasons

As for the first issue - what are you actually sending them, which certificates, as you know, there are three types (root, CA/intermediate, and leaf), and some facilities need all three.

Thank you for your reply and explanations!

I used the marked button.
But, once I sent them another keys also Leaf and chain their answer was the same.
please have a look at the pem file I have attached.

You may try to export the full chain and let them try that.

If that doesn't work, backup all your certificates, and recreate the decryption certificates from scratch.
