Summary0001162: Subtitle appearance controls are not applied to XML/DCP subs
Description

When XML subtitles are imported, or a DCP that contains XML subs, only size and position can be adjusted under the subtitle tab.
Changes to color, font effect, etc. are neither displayed in preview, nor conveyed into the DCP, or an export created from the project.
It does work for SRT though (and probably some other subtitle formats as well).

It neither works for XML, nor MXF wrapped XML subs (SMPTE subs).

This is for 2.11.38, but is the same in 2.10.5

Steps To Reproduce

Import an XML subtitle file (e.g. one created by DCP-o-matic), or a DCP that contains XML subs. Try to change subtitle color or font effect. Controls work, but preview doesn't reflect this.
