Summary0001596: Update dependencies to have a Debian Stretch compatible codebase
Description

Since the upgrade of Debian (Stretch to Buster) some dependencies are obsoleted and the provided deb builds on the website cannot properly install the software.

For what I investigated, there at least the cscript file that may need to be updated with a deb_depends['10'] variable and the proper dependencies.
