Summary0001904: Incorrect sorting / character replacement with Turkish
Description

When I use turkish letters for cinema names they are not properly sorted. Turkish letters show at the end of the group or list. I select Turkish as language in settings but it does not help.
On the other hand it works perfectly fine on my windows 10 machine.
Related to this there is another issue, system replaces the turkish letters if I use them in the filename which is mandatory for cinema servers but it replaces with random or certain odd letters or numbers.
Is it possible to tell the system to replace the letter with a given letter which will not look weird.
Example mach list:
Ç C  ç c
Ğ G  ğ g
İ I  ı i
Ö O  ö o
Ş S  ş s
Ü U  ü u

And here is the turkish alphabet if needed for correct sorting:
A B C Ç D E F G Ğ H I İ J K L M N O Ö P Q R S Ş T U Ü V W X Y Z
We don't use the letters Q W X but they are there for compatibility.
I hope you can see the turkish letters correctly.
