Summary0002348: Reasonable defaults when adding folders and DCPs
Description

When I click add file, DOM opens the folder from which I last added a file. So far so good.

When I try to Add DCP or Add folder, it opens on "recents", which is not very helpful.

I think it should behave as Adding files.

Aternatively, one could set a default folder for each, but I think opening the last folder is best. when a directory no longer exist, open parent directory Adding files behaves like that already).

Actually, I just noticed, it is not completely fixed:

A)

  1. Add a VF
  2. Click on it and select "Add OV"

It opens on recents. It should default to last folder opened how the buttons do.

B) Add KDM always seems to be defaulted to home? I guess this should remember its own last used as it can be expected at least for some usecases, the directory where KDM is stored might be different from where the DCP are's (Downloads directory or Desktop in my case, but I am sure others have other setups).
