Summary0002350: Make side panel resizable
Description

First mentioned here: https://dcpomatic.com/mantis/view.php?id=2343#c5239 but that is for another issue.

Is there a reason the right sidebar with the DCP settings is not resizable? I would like to make it wider on my big monitor (It would be ideal if DOM remembered sidebar's size) so that I could see the content's name in its entirety.

(a bonus would be putting the buttons on the right ("Add files" "add button" under the box with the DCP if the sidepanel is big enough to fit them all).

Also, I guess the name of the content should be ellided in the middle - at the end one gets extensions that can be quite useful.
